Picking a gift for a community development director
A community development director spends their days in planning meetings, budget hearings and neighborhood walk-throughs, trying to turn a city's plans into housing, parks and small business loans that actually reach people. The work is slow, public and often thankless, so a gift that acknowledges the job itself tends to land well. A shirt or hoodie with their title says you noticed what they do, and it's the kind of thing they can wear to a site visit or a weekend project without feeling like they're at work. A mug works for the office, where long grant cycles and council prep call for a lot of coffee. If you know which neighborhood or program they champion most, add it on the second line, since that detail turns a title into something personal to them.
Community Development Director gift questions
Can I add a department or city name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the city, department or program name there and check the preview before ordering.
Is there a version with a shorter title?
Designs are sized for the title as written, so you can use a shortened version like Community Dev Director if the full title runs long on the preview.
Can I order for a whole planning team?
Yes. Pick one design in the Team Shop, paste the names, and choose a size for each person so everyone gets their own shirt.
What sizes do the community development director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a community development director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
