Picking a gift for a completion manager
A completion manager keeps the paperwork and the timelines moving so projects can actually close out, which usually means chasing signatures, sign-offs and last-minute revisions while everyone else is already on to the next job. It's a role that rarely gets public recognition, so a gift that names the title plainly tends to land well. Their work often happens behind a screen and a stack of checklists, so something they can wear on a casual day or keep on the desk gives them a small, visible credit for getting things over the finish line. To make a gift theirs, add their name or their team's name as a second line, since a completion manager is often the one remembering who owes what. Most people in this line of work keep coming back to the same few tasks, so a mug or a hoodie that matches their routine feels more like a thank-you than a novelty.
Completion Manager gift questions
Can I add a name or team under the job title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type a name, team or year there and the preview will show you how it sits before you order.
Are there kids versions for a completion manager?
The title is available on kids tees and a baby onesie, so you can match the design to whatever age group you need.
Can I order shirts for a whole completion team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste each person's name and pick a size for each one.
What sizes do the completion manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a completion manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
