Picking a gift for a condominium manager
A condominium manager keeps a building running behind the scenes. They handle the board meetings, the late-night calls about a leaking unit, the vendor invoices, the reserve study and the residents who want everything fixed yesterday. Most of the work goes unnoticed until it's done badly, which is part of why a gift for them should say plainly that you see what they do. A tee or hoodie with their title gives them something for the office, the site walk or the weekend they're finally off the clock. A mug with their name on it suits the desk where the budget gets reviewed every month. Put their name on the shirt or the mug, and add the building or association name if you know it. Keep the wording to their title and name so the design stays accurate and theirs.
Condominium Manager gift questions
Can I add the building or association name to the design?
Many designs have a second line for a name or place. Type the building or association name there and the preview will show how it fits.
Can I order one design for the whole management team?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you paste a list of names and pick a size for each person, with each shirt printed with its own name.
Are there designs for a condominium manager's kids?
Kids tees and a baby onesie are available for this title, so you can match a parent's shirt for a family event.
What sizes do the condominium manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a condominium manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
