Picking a gift for a configuration manager
A configuration manager keeps the systems running the way they're supposed to. They track versions, manage settings across servers and laptops, and are often the first person called when something breaks at two in the morning. It's a job that rarely gets thanked, because when it works nobody notices. A gift that acknowledges the work lands well: a tee for the office, a hoodie for the on-call weeks, a mug for the desk where the changelog gets written. Make it theirs by adding their name, or the team or department they belong to on the second line. If you're buying for a whole team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a nice way to say you see what they do, and the Team Shop handles the ordering in one go.
Configuration Manager gift questions
Can I add a team or department name?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a team name, a department or a company group under the job title.
Is there a configuration manager design for kids or babies?
Only a few. Kids tees and a baby onesie carry the word, so check the product filter if you're shopping for a family member who has a child.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted in this role?
A tee or mug with the job title and their name marks the step up without being fussy. It's easy to wear to work and easy to keep on the desk.
What sizes do the configuration manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a configuration manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
