Picking a gift for a convention manager
Convention managers spend their days on the floor of a trade show or in a hotel ballroom at six in the morning, juggling vendors, room blocks, badge runs and a schedule that changes twice before lunch. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that pace: a comfortable tee or hoodie for the long setup days and the late tear-downs, and a mug for the early-morning coffee before the first session opens. Put their title on the shirt, or the line they'd use on a name badge, and it becomes theirs. If you're buying for a team that runs events together, the Team Shop lets you order one design with every person's name on their own shirt, which makes a good thank-you after a big show. Conventions cluster in spring and fall in most cities, so orders placed a few weeks before a major event are a safe bet.
Convention Manager gift questions
Can I add a company name or event to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line. Type the company, event or year there, and check the spacing in the preview before you order.
Is convention manager a good gift for someone starting a new role?
Yes. A mug or tee with their title marks the move into the job and gives them something to use while they learn the venues and the vendors.
Are there designs for kids or babies?
Yes, there are kids tees and a baby onesie for this title, though the choices are fewer than for the adult products.
What sizes do the convention manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a convention manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
