Gifts from Copley
Copley is the square in Boston's Back Bay where the old Trinity Church stands, and it's the kind of place people who grew up near it or spent years in the city hold onto. A Copley shirt suits someone who ran past the library on their way to class, who met friends at a cafe on Boylston, or who still calls the square by its name instead of a street address. Put the word on a tee or hoodie and it becomes a small piece of a city map they carry around. Because Copley works as both a neighborhood and a surname, you'll see designs in the set that fit either reading, so check the preview to see which one feels like the right gift. For a Boston transplant, a Copley mug is a quiet reminder of the streets they walked every day. The main thing is to match the design to how the person knows the place: as home, as a route, or as a memory.
Copley gift questions
Is Copley the name of a neighborhood or a square?
Copley is best known as Copley Square in Boston's Back Bay, though the name is also used more broadly for the surrounding area and as a surname. Choose the design that matches how the recipient knows the place.
Can I add a neighborhood or street to a Copley design?
Many designs have a second line for extra text. Type in Back Bay, Boston or a street name, and check the preview to see how it sits under the main word.
Are there Copley designs for babies and kids?
Yes. Copley designs come as kids tees and a baby onesie, so you can start a young city kid's wardrobe with the same word.
Can I order Copley shirts for a whole group?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the copley shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Copley gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
