Gifts from Core
Core is a word that could point to a few places: a neighborhood nickname, a shorthand for a downtown core, or a city people call by its short name. Since the word is listed under cities, the person who'd receive this gift is probably someone who lives in or loves a city called Core, or who has a strong connection to that place. That kind of pride shows up in everyday things: a shirt worn to the local game, a hoodie for cold evenings, a mug on the desk at work. A gift lands when it says where they're from without making them explain it to strangers. Put the word big on the front, and if you have a second line, use it for a neighborhood, a street or the year they moved there. The shirts and hoodies are the ones most likely to get worn out, and the mug is the easiest way to say hometown every morning.
