Picking a gift for a custodian manager
A custodian manager usually runs the night crew in a school, office building or hospital, which means they're often the one who knows where the keys are, what breaks first and who needs a fresh mop before the morning meeting. Their day is mostly unseen, so a gift that names the job tends to land well. A tee or hoodie gives them something comfortable for the long shifts and the weekend projects, and a mug with their title is the one they'll keep on the supply room shelf. Add their name, the building they look after or the year they took the role to make it personal. If you're shopping for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt, so the manager gets recognized alongside the people they lead.
