Gifts from Cuttingsville
Cuttingsville is a small village in Rutland County, Vermont, and the people who grew up there or still call it home tend to carry it with them. A shirt with the village name is how someone wears a place that's too small to show up on most souvenir racks, and that's exactly why it lands. It's a conversation starter at a city bar or a campus event, and it's a quiet way of saying where you're from when people ask. For someone who moved away, a hoodie is the thing they'll reach for on a cold morning. For someone who never left, a mug on the kitchen counter says the same thing every day. You can add a second line for a street, a family name, or the year they were born or graduated, which turns a village name into something that belongs only to them.
