Picking a gift for a department mgr
A department manager usually runs a floor full of people while still being accountable for the numbers, the schedules and the customers who come back when the shelves are stocked right. They're often the first one in and the last to leave, and the coffee in their mug goes cold more than once a shift. A gift that acknowledges the actual job lands better than a generic work tee: a shirt that says department manager with their department name underneath, a hoodie for the cold stockroom or the early open, or a mug for the office corner where they do the paperwork. Add the store or team they run and it stops being a title and becomes their own. If you're buying for a whole management group, the Team Shop lets you put one design on each person's shirt with their own name, which tends to go over better than another round of donuts.
Department Mgr gift questions
Can I add my department or store name to the shirt?
Yes. Type it into the second line of the design, and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a version for a manager who is also a supervisor or team lead?
Many designs use the same wording, so you can type supervisor or team lead in the text box in place of the title if that's how their role is listed.
Can I order for my whole management team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Are there options for a manager's kids or a baby?
Kids tees and a baby onesie are available for some designs, so you can use the product filter to see which ones carry the same wording.
What sizes do the department mgr shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a department mgr gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
