Picking a gift for a dept secretary
A department secretary is often the person who knows where everything is, who keeps the calendar from falling apart, and who remembers birthdays when nobody else does. The job runs on phones, forms, reminders and a lot of quiet problem-solving, and the gifts they keep tend to be the ones that acknowledge that. A tee they can wear on a casual Friday, a hoodie for the chilly office or the drive in, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off to the copy room. Put the department name on the design if you can, or add a year of service, so the gift reflects where they actually work. If you're buying for a whole office, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt makes a good group thank-you. Admin appreciation has traditionally been marked in late April, so that's a good time to order, though a gift like this lands any season.
Dept Secretary gift questions
Can I add the department name or a year to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line. Type the department, a name or a year of service there, and check the preview before you order.
Is there a good gift for an admin assistant who has been in the role a long time?
A mug or hoodie with their title and years in the role says you noticed how long they've kept the office running. Add their name for a more personal touch.
Can I order shirts for the whole front office?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the dept secretary shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a dept secretary gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
