Gifts from Deptford
Deptford is a small place, and the people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. Whether someone is from the town itself or has built a life nearby, a Deptford shirt or mug is a way of claiming a piece of home that a bigger city's name never quite covers. Think of the local dialect in family group chats, the familiar streets they still give directions by, or the first place they ever called home. Because a town name is personal, the detail that lands best is usually the one only the recipient would recognize: a street, a school year, a family name, or the year they moved away. Use the second line on the design to add that touch, and the shirt stops being generic souvenir merch and becomes something they will actually wear around the house or to the local pub.
Deptford gift questions
Can I add a street or neighbourhood to a Deptford design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the street or area there and check the preview before you order.
Are there Deptford designs for kids?
Yes. Kids tees and dark kids tees are available, along with baby onesies. Use the product filter to browse them.
Can I put a family name or a year under the town name?
Yes. The second line works for a name, a year or a short phrase, so you can make the design personal to the recipient.
What sizes do the deptford shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Deptford gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
