Gifts from Des Peres
Des Peres is a city in St. Louis County, Missouri, and the people who live there tend to be proud of it in a quiet, local way. A Des Peres shirt is how they claim it at a St. Louis-area family gathering, a backyard barbecue, or a college campus far from home. Many people from the area still feel a strong tie to the place, even after moving across the country, so a shirt or mug with the city name works as a small piece of home. Because the city name is distinctive and not as widely recognized as larger places, a gift with Des Peres on it often starts a conversation about where they're from. For a long-time resident, a hoodie for cool evenings or a mug for the morning routine gives them something they can wear or use every day. You can pick a design, type Des Peres into the text box, and check the live preview before ordering so you can see exactly how the name sits on the product.
