Picking a gift for a desktop manager
A desktop manager is the person who keeps the front-office computers, phones and printers running so everyone else can get their work done. Their day is a mix of password resets, a printer that's jammed again, and the quiet satisfaction of a network that just works. Gifts for them land when they feel seen as the one everyone calls, not just a generic office worker. A tee with their title on it is a nice nod to the job, and a hoodie is easy to wear during long afternoons at a desk. A mug with their name keeps them from losing it in the shared kitchen, and it's a small joke about how often they're asked for coffee and fixes. You can personalize any of these by typing their name, their title, or a second line such as their department or the year they started. Keep it light and specific, and the gift will feel like it was written for them.
Desktop Manager gift questions
Can I add their name under the job title?
Yes. Most designs have a second line. Type their name there and the preview updates so you can check spacing before you order.
Is there a version for kids or babies?
There are kids tee designs and one baby onesie design. Use the product filter to see them, though this word is more often chosen for adult gifts.
Can I order for a whole IT team at once?
Yes. Pick one design in the Team Shop, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person.
What sizes do the desktop manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a desktop manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
