Picking a gift for a development rep
A development rep, often called a development officer, spends the working day on the phone and in meetings, asking people for support and keeping donor relationships warm. It's a job of persistence and follow-up, and the people who do it well often carry their notebook, their calendar and their coffee everywhere. A gift that acknowledges the work lands best when it feels practical and a little personal: a mug for the desk, a tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the cold drive between appointments. Putting their title on it, or their organization's shortened name on a second line if you know it, turns a generic work gift into something they'll recognize as theirs. If you're shopping for a whole team of reps at once, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a simple way to say you noticed the work they do together.
Development Rep gift questions
Can I add my colleague's name or organization to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a name or a short organization name there. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a version for a development officer instead of a rep?
You can type development officer into the text box and the design updates to match. Check the preview to see how the longer title fits.
What's a good gift for a rep who just finished a big campaign?
A mug or hoodie with their title and the campaign year is a nice way to mark the milestone. It's personal and useful for the work ahead.
What sizes do the development rep shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a development rep gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
