Picking a gift for a director academic
An academic director usually sits between the faculty, the students and the administration, which means a lot of meetings, a lot of email and a calendar that never quite empties. The gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge that juggling. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the chilly campus mornings, or a mug for the desk where the big decisions get made. Your best bet is to make it theirs: type director academic on the shirt or mug, and add their department, school or program on the second line so it reads like their own title rather than a generic one. If you're buying for a whole team of academic staff, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to mark a semester wrapping up or a program milestone. Many designs have room for a name, a year or a unit, so check the preview before you order.
Director Academic gift questions
Can I add a department or school name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the department, school or program there and check the preview before you order.
Is this a good gift for someone who just got promoted to academic director?
It is, especially as a congratulations. A mug or tee with the new title marks the moment and gives them something they can show off at work.
Can I order shirts for everyone on an academic team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to pick one design, paste everyone's names and choose a size for each person, so every shirt prints with its own name.
Are there designs for kids or babies with this title?
Only a few. There are kids tees and a baby onesie for this title, so look for them under the product filter if you want a family-friendly option.
What sizes do the director academic shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director academic gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
