Picking a gift for a director air
A director of air operations, or an air director, usually runs the part of an operation that keeps aircraft flying on schedule, and that means a lot of early mornings, weather calls and radio traffic. The gifts that land are the ones that fit into that life: a tee for the drive to the hangar, a hoodie for the cold ramp at dawn, a mug that gets them through the first briefing. Aviation people tend to be proud of their specific role, so put the exact title on the product, or add their operation or base on a second line. If you know their station or unit, that detail matters more than any generic aviation design. Keep it simple and wearable, since most of their day is spent in work clothes and they'll reach for whatever feels comfortable.
Director Air gift questions
Can I put a base or operation name under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the base, unit or operation there. The live preview shows you the spacing before you order.
Is this a good gift for someone who just got promoted to director?
It can be. A shirt or mug with the new title marks the step up, and it's something they'll actually use at work.
Can I order shirts for a whole air operations team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person.
Do you have designs for kids or babies with this word?
Only a few options come in kids and baby sizes for this title. Check the product filter to see which ones are available.
What sizes do the director air shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director air gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
