Picking a gift for a director architectural
An architectural director usually runs a design studio or a firm's practice group, so their days are split between client meetings, design reviews, staffing decisions and long stretches of drawings they have to sign off on. They've often put in years of licensure exams and project work to get to this seat, and they tend to notice good detail, whether that's a well-resolved stair or a cleanly drafted set of plans. A gift that reflects that lands better than a generic office item. A tee or hoodie with their title on it works well for weekend site visits or a studio casual day, and a mug with their title suits the desk where they review drawings in the early morning. To make it theirs, pick the design that fits their role, then use the second line for a firm name, a studio initial or the year they took the director's post. If you're buying for a whole leadership team or studio, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
Director Architectural gift questions
What title should I use on the shirt?
Pick the design that matches their exact title, such as Director or Architectural Director. Type their firm name or studio on the second line if you want it personal.
Can I add a license number or credential?
Many designs have a second line, so you can type a credential like RA or AIA there, provided it's one they actually hold. When unsure, leave it off.
Is this a good gift for a new director promotion?
Yes. Add the year of the promotion on the second line. It marks the moment and gives them something they'll keep using in the studio.
Are there kids or baby designs for this title?
Yes, there are a few kids tees and a baby onesie in this design set. Use the product filter to see them.
What sizes do the director architectural shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director architectural gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
