Picking a gift for a director change management
A director of change management usually sits between leadership's big plans and the people who have to live through them. Their days are a mix of stakeholder meetings, training rollouts, rough first drafts of communication plans, and the quiet work of getting a skeptical team to try something new. Most of that work is invisible, so the gifts that land tend to acknowledge the grind without making a speech of it. A tee for the office or the weekend, a hoodie for the early calls on a hybrid schedule, or a mug for the desk where the planning happens all work. To make it theirs, put the title on the front and, if it fits, a second line with a team name, a company initial or the year they took the role. Many designs have that second line, so you can check the preview before ordering.
Director Change Management gift questions
Can I add a team name or year to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the team name, company initial or year there and check the preview before you order.
Is director change management a common title?
It's a specific job title, so the wording may differ between companies. If your recipient's title is shorter or longer, you can type their exact wording into the text box.
Can I order for the whole change team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the team's names and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the director change management shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director change management gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
