Picking a gift for a director child
A director child is someone who grew up with a parent or relative in the director's chair, or who works as a director of children's programs, such as a childcare center director, a youth program director or a school director. Either way, they know the job is long hours, lots of phone calls and a constant stream of small crises that somehow have to be handled with patience. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A tee with the title on it is an easy way to say you noticed. Add the program or school name in the second line, or their own name, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic title. For someone who spends the day keeping other people's kids happy, a hoodie for cold mornings or a mug for the first cup of coffee before the building fills up can feel like a small thank you that actually gets used.
Director Child gift questions
