Picking a gift for a director customer
A customer director usually sits at the intersection of sales, support and whatever the company promised customers last quarter, so their days run on meetings, escalations and dashboards that never quite add up. The gifts that land with them tend to be the ones that acknowledge that juggling without making a fuss. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the early calls from a home office, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they're drinking while reviewing the churn numbers. Add the role itself as the main line, and a second line for their team, region or company if you know it, and the piece stops being a generic job shirt. If you're buying for a whole customer team, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name, which tends to get more use than another round of team lunch.
Director Customer gift questions
Can I add a team or company name under the job title?
Many designs have a second line for extra text. Type the team, region or company name there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Are there designs for a customer director specifically?
Yes. The job title designs are listed on this page with the products they come on, including tees, hoodies and mugs. Pick the one that matches how they like to dress for work.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to customer director?
A mug or hoodie with the new title is a good fit. It's personal, it's useful, and it marks the promotion without being overly formal.
What sizes do the director customer shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director customer gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
