Picking a gift for a director diversity
A diversity director usually works across HR, recruiting, and employee resource groups, juggling training sessions, hiring audits, and the tough conversations that come with building more inclusive workplaces. They often spend more time in meetings than at their desk, and a lot of their wins are quiet ones: a hiring panel that changed, a policy that got rewritten, a team that finally felt heard. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A mug for the morning coffee before the first meeting of the day, or a soft tee for the weekend when they can finally step away from the job. The most meaningful choice is the one that names the role directly, so it reads as recognition of what they do rather than a generic office gift. If you're buying for a whole diversity team or an ERG leadership group, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and print each person's name on their own shirt.
Director Diversity gift questions
Can I add a name or a second line to a Director Diversity design?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a team, or a department. Type it into the text box and the live preview will show you how it sits on the shirt or mug.
Is there a version for a team rather than one person?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a group. You paste a list of names and pick a size for each person, so the whole team can match.
Which products come with the most designs for this title?
The regular and dark tees, hoodies, and 11 oz mugs have the widest selection, so you have the most room to choose a style that fits the person.
What sizes do the director diversity shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director diversity gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
