Picking a gift for a director evaluations
Director evaluations usually means someone who spends their year in review cycles, rating staff, writing feedback and sitting through calibration meetings that run long. They're the person who has to say the hard thing kindly and then defend it upstairs. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well, especially around the end of a review season when they're tired of their own inbox. A soft tee or hoodie is something they can wear on a quiet Friday, and a mug is the one that gets used at the desk through the next round of reviews. Put their title or team on the second line if you know it, or keep it simple with just the word. Either way it reads as you seeing what the job asks of them, which tends to matter more than the gift itself.
Director Evaluations gift questions
Can I add a title or team name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type their title, team or department there. The live preview shows how it will look before you order.
Is there a specific season when director evaluations happen?
It varies by company. Many organizations run formal reviews in the first quarter or at the end of the fiscal year, so ask a colleague when their busiest stretch falls.
What if I want to give the same gift to a whole review panel?
Use the Team Shop. Pick one design, paste the names of everyone on the panel, and choose a size for each person.
What sizes do the director evaluations shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director evaluations gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
