Picking a gift for a director facility maintenance
A facility maintenance director keeps the lights on, the HVAC running and the building safe, usually without anyone noticing until something breaks. They're the person who gets the 2 a.m. call about a flooded boiler room and still shows up with a plan. A gift for them should acknowledge that quiet, behind-the-scenes role. A hoodie is useful for walking cold mechanical rooms and rooftops, and a mug with their title gives them a clear mark on the break-room shelf where the coffee goes. If you want it to feel specific, put their title on the shirt, and add the building or campus name on a second line so it's clearly theirs. Many designs in this category leave room for a name or a department, so you can make the piece say exactly what they do and where they do it.
Director Facility Maintenance gift questions
