Picking a gift for a director functional
A director of functional roles usually sits between the people doing the work and the people setting the strategy, which means they spend a lot of time in meetings, reviewing numbers, and translating between teams. The gifts that tend to land are the ones that acknowledge that balancing act. A soft tee for the commute, a hoodie for the chilly conference room, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the morning coffee before the first call. Putting the title on the product, or their department or function name on a second line, turns a generic office gift into something specific to their role. If you're buying for a whole leadership team, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to be more fun than another round of gift cards.
Director Functional gift questions
Can I add a department or function name under the title?
Yes. Most designs have a second line. Type the function or department there and check the preview before you order.
Is this a good gift for a promotion?
It can be. A shirt or mug with the new title marks the moment and gives them something they can actually use at work.
Can I order for a whole team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the director functional shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director functional gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
