Picking a gift for a director games
Game directors run the show behind the show. They plan the rollout, guide the team through crunch and playtests, and make the calls about what ships and when, often across long stretches of late nights before a release. A gift for them should acknowledge that work without making it sound like a meeting invite. A shirt with their title on the front works well for studio days and conventions, and a hoodie is the thing they'll reach for on the long drive or the cold office floor during a final push. A mug with their title makes the morning coffee feel like it belongs to them, which is a small pleasure in a job that rarely lets anyone sit still. Add the game they shipped or the studio they work at if you know it, and the gift becomes about their actual work rather than a generic job title. Choose the second line carefully, though, since it's the detail that makes it theirs.
Director Games gift questions
Can I add the name of the game they worked on?
Many designs have a second line. Type the game title or studio name there and check the preview before you order.
Are there designs for a director or only game director?
Search by the exact title you want, and the designs for that word will appear. Try both versions to see which one fits their role.
Can I order shirts for the whole dev team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Which product works best for a game director?
A hoodie suits long hours at the desk, and a mug is a daily reminder. A tee works well for events and casual days.
What sizes do the director games shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director games gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
