Picking a gift for a director hair
A director hair stylist runs a salon chair, a color schedule and a book of regulars who want the same cut every six weeks. Their day is clients, shampoo bowls and a lot of standing, and the gifts they keep tend to be the ones that acknowledge that craft. A soft tee for the drive between clients, a hoodie for the chilly back room, or a mug for the first coffee before the doors open. What lands best is a name or a salon line on the shirt, not just the job title. Put their name on it, add the salon name if you know it, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic stylist tee. If you're buying for a whole team at one salon, one design with each stylist's name on their own shirt works better than a group gift card. Many stylists also appreciate a gift around the time they're booked out for the holidays, when they rarely get time to shop for themselves.
Director Hair gift questions
Can I put the salon name on a director hair stylist shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the salon name there under the title. The live preview shows the spacing before you order.
Is director hair a real stylist title?
Salons use it in different ways, usually for a senior stylist who leads a team or directs the salon's hair services. If you're unsure how they'd describe it, a name-first design works well either way.
Can I order shirts for my whole salon team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the director hair shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director hair gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
