Picking a gift for a director helpdesk
A helpdesk director runs the team that answers the calls, closes the tickets and keeps everyone else's computer working, usually while getting blamed for things that happened before they arrived. They know what a good week looks like: a queue that's under control, a team that stays, and a phone that rings less. A gift that lands for them is one that acknowledges the job without making a joke of it. A tee or hoodie with the title on it works well for the first day of a new role, or for a team lunch where everyone wants to see the boss in something other than a lanyard. A mug with their name on it is the everyday version, the one that sits on the desk through every ticket spike. To make it theirs, add their name on the second line, or the team or site they lead, so the piece reflects the people they actually manage.
Director Helpdesk gift questions
Can I add a team or site name under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the team, site or department there and check the spacing in the live preview before you order.
Is there a design for a whole helpdesk team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the names of everyone on the team, and pick a size for each person.
Are there designs that work for a director's kids or partner too?
Kids tees and baby onesies are available for some designs, so you can match a family gift to the same title. Check the product list for the designs that come in those sizes.
What's a good gift for someone starting as a helpdesk director?
A tee or mug with their new title and the start date works well. It marks the move and is something they'll use on day one and after.
What sizes do the director helpdesk shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director helpdesk gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
