Picking a gift for a director infection control
An infection control director keeps a hospital or health system from becoming the place where people catch things, which means their days are full of policy reviews, outbreak investigations, staff training and a steady stream of hand hygiene audits. Most of that work happens quietly, and it's easy for them to feel invisible until something goes wrong. A gift that says their title plainly tells them someone noticed. Put director infection control on a tee for the commute, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or an 11 oz mug that will sit on the desk through budget season. If they've told you which unit or facility they lead, that detail is worth adding as a second line. You can also use their credential, such as CIC if they hold it, to make the shirt feel like theirs. Plenty of people in this role carry their own sense of humor about the job, so keep the design simple and let the title do the talking.
Director Infection Control gift questions
Can I add their credential or department under the title?
Yes. Type it into the second line of the design, such as CIC, their department or their facility name, and the preview updates so you can check the spacing.
Is there a special day for infection prevention professionals?
Many health systems mark a patient safety or infection prevention week in the spring, but dates vary by organization. Ordering a few weeks ahead is a safe bet.
Can I make matching shirts for an infection control team?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste the names of your group and pick a size for each person, with every shirt printed with its own name.
What sizes do the director infection control shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director infection control gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
