Picking a gift for a director information systems
A director of information systems usually sits at the point where the business side and the technology side have to agree, which means their days are full of budget meetings, vendor calls, security reviews and the occasional outage that lands on their desk at night. They've often come up through IT operations or project management, and they're the person who gets asked whether the new system will be ready in time and whether it can be trusted. A gift that acknowledges that job lands well. A dark tee is sharp enough for the office and comfortable on a weekend, and a hoodie suits the cold server room they insist on checking. An 11 oz mug with their title is the one thing on the desk that's clearly theirs. Adding the company name or a year to the second line makes the gift feel personal rather than generic, especially for a promotion or a retirement.
Director Information Systems gift questions
Can I add a company name or year to the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a company name, a department or a year there and check the preview before you order.
Is there a shorter version of the title?
Yes. Some designs use an abbreviation like IS or IT Director. Type the wording you want into the text box and the preview will show how it fits.
