Picking a gift for a director it
Directors in IT spend their days translating between people who build things and people who pay for them, juggling budgets, vendor contracts, security audits and the occasional outage at the worst possible hour. They often lead teams they can't see every day, so a gift that acknowledges the role itself tends to land well. A hoodie is useful for cold server rooms and late-night incident calls. A mug fits the desk where the coffee never stops. Adding a line such as their title, their team name or the year they took the role makes the design feel like theirs rather than a generic tech joke. If you're buying for a whole department, a single design with each person's name in the Team Shop gives everyone something to wear to the next all-hands, and it's a nice way to say thanks without a formal event.
Director IT gift questions
Can I add a job title or a team name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a title, team, or year. Type it in and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before ordering.
What's a good gift for someone who just became an IT director?
A tee or mug with their new title and the year they started is a simple way to mark the move. It's personal, useful, and easy to wear or use at the office.
Can I order shirts for my whole IT department?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste a list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the director it shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director it gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
