Picking a gift for a director learning and development
A director of learning and development spends the working day building the programs that help other people get better at their jobs. That means course design, onboarding plans, leadership tracks and the endless negotiation over whether a training session can be fifteen minutes shorter. They often spend more time with spreadsheets and calendars than with the classroom, and they rarely get thanked in public. A gift that acknowledges the job itself lands well: a tee with their title on it for the Monday all-hands, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or a mug that makes the first coffee of a long planning day feel earned. Add their name or the team they lead, and the gift stops being generic. If you're buying for someone who just got promoted into the role, a gift with their new title and the year is a nice way to mark it.
Director Learning And Development gift questions
Can I shorten the title to fit the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can put L&D Director on one line and the team or company name on the other. Check the preview before you order.
Is there a version for a new director?
You can add the year they started the role on the second line. It makes a simple, personal way to mark a promotion or a first big program launch.
Can I order for a whole learning team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste each team member's name, and pick a size for each person. Everyone gets their own printed name.
Are there designs for other learning roles?
Search for trainer, instructional designer or similar titles to see whether those designs are available.
What sizes do the director learning and development shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director learning and development gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
