Picking a gift for a director licensing
A director of licensing usually sits between a brand and the companies that want to use it, negotiating royalty terms, approving product designs, and chasing contract renewals across a calendar that rarely slows down. Most of the work happens in meetings, emails and spreadsheets, so a gift that acknowledges the actual job tends to land better than a generic office item. A tee for a weekend at a trade show, a hoodie for the long flights between licensee visits, or a mug for the desk where the term sheets pile up all fit that life. Put their title on the design, or add the company or department underneath, and the shirt becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole licensing team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with every person's name on their own shirt, which makes a practical thank-you for a busy year of deals.
Director Licensing gift questions
What's the best way to write the title on a shirt?
Use director licensing on the main line, or shorten it to Licensing Director if the design has room. You can add a name, company or department on a second line.
Is this a good gift for someone who just got promoted to the role?
Yes. A shirt or mug with their new title marks the step up and gives them something to show for it, especially if they've been working toward it for a while.
Can I order for an entire licensing team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Do I need a credential on the shirt?
Only if they hold one. If they have a specific certification in licensing or brand management, you can type it in; otherwise the job title alone works well.
What sizes do the director licensing shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director licensing gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
