Picking a gift for a director mechanical engineering
A director of mechanical engineering usually runs a team of engineers who design, test and build machines, systems and products, and they spend a lot of their week in meetings balancing schedules, budgets and technical risk. They tend to be the person who knows every drawing revision and still stays late to check the one that matters. A gift that acknowledges that role lands well, especially something they can use at the desk or on the weekend. Put the title on the design as written, or shorten it to director mechanical engineering on one line and add their company's department or their own name on a second line. The 11 oz mug works for the morning coffee before the first review, and a hoodie suits the cold factory floor visits or the weekend project in the garage. If you're buying for a whole engineering leadership group, the Team Shop lets you order one design and print each person's name on their own shirt.
Director Mechanical Engineering gift questions
Can I put a company name or department under the title?
Many designs have a second line. Type the company, department or their name there and check the preview before you order.
Is there a version for a shorter title, like engineering director?
Yes. Type the title you want into the text box and the design updates to match, so you can use whatever wording they use at work.
Can I order shirts for my whole engineering team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the director mechanical engineering shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director mechanical engineering gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
