Gifts for Director Of Application Developments

Picking a gift for a director of application development

A director of application development usually sits between engineers shipping code and executives who want to know when the next release lands. The days are full of sprint reviews, architecture debates, hiring loops and the occasional production incident that pulls everyone into a call at night. Gifts that land for this person tend to be practical and a little dry, the kind of thing that fits the work and doesn't need explaining. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a nod to the job they've worked to get, and a mug is the one most likely to sit on the desk through a long planning week. Put the exact title on the front, or add a second line for their team or the year they took the role. It reads as a real acknowledgment of the work, not a generic office joke.
