Picking a gift for a director of general
A director of general something runs a whole operation, which means their week is mostly meetings, decisions and people asking what they think before they've had coffee. Gifts that land for this role are the ones that acknowledge the title without making it a joke about the job. A good mug for the office, a hoodie for the long drive or the weekend they finally unplug, a tee for the team retreat. Put the exact title on it, since 'director of general' is specific enough that a generic shirt wouldn't capture it, and add a second line with the department or the year they took the role. If you're buying for the whole leadership group, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and list every name, so each person gets their own shirt in their own size.
