Picking a gift for a director of learning
A director of learning usually sits between the classroom and the boardroom. They design training programs, coach teachers, chase data on whether anything actually stuck, and field questions from people who think learning happens by accident. It's a job that often goes unseen until a program lands well, so a gift that names the role says you noticed the work. Many directors of learning come from teaching, instructional design or corporate training, and they tend to spend long days in video calls and planning docs. A soft tee for the commute home, a hoodie for the chilly conference room, or a mug that says their title on it so it stays at their desk are all practical choices. Add a second line with their organization or team name, or a year they started, and the gift becomes personal rather than generic.
Director Of Learning gift questions
Can I add my organization or team name under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the team or company name there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Is there a special day for learning professionals?
There isn't one widely observed day for this role, so a gift works best timed to a work anniversary, a finished program or the end of a busy year.
Do the designs come in kids sizes too?
Kids tees are available in a smaller set of designs, but this title is most often a gift for an adult, so the adult tees and hoodies will be the better fit.
What if they're not sure whether they want a shirt or a mug?
A mug is a low-pressure pick for someone who already has plenty of shirts, while a hoodie suits someone who works from cold offices or home.
What sizes do the director of learning shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director of learning gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
