Picking a gift for a director of professional development
A director of professional development usually spends the year building training calendars, coaching new teachers or staff, and trying to find time in a schedule nobody else wants to share. Most of that work happens in meetings, workshops and email threads, so the gifts they tend to keep are the ones that make the long days feel a little lighter. A soft tee for the workshop they run on Saturday, a hoodie for the chilly conference room, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the first coffee of the session. Put their title on it as written, or shorten it to Director of PD if that's what they go by. A title line like this tells coworkers the gift is for someone who keeps the whole learning operation moving, and it gives the recipient something to smile at when a training runs long. If you're shopping for the whole department, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a nicer thank-you than another round of cookies.
Director Of Professional Development gift questions
Can I use a shorter version of the title?
Yes. Type Director of PD, Director of Professional Development, or any other version into the text box. The preview updates so you can see how it fits before you order.

Many of the designs use the word director or professional development, so you can browse the full list to find the wording that fits their role best.
Can I add their name or a year to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type a name, a year or a department there and it prints under the title.
What's a good gift for someone who just started this role?
A mug or hoodie with their title and start year. It marks the new job and it's something they'll use every day during the first year.
