Picking a gift for a director of project
A director of project work sits between the people who build things and the people who pay for them. Their days are full of status meetings, schedule conflicts, scope changes and the quiet work of getting a team to agree on what done means. Most of that job happens in conference rooms and on video calls, so a gift that acknowledges the title and the late-night deadline lands well. A tee for casual Fridays, a hoodie for the cold commute or the home office, or a mug for the first coffee before the morning standup all fit real routines. Adding their title, or a line for the team or company they lead, turns a generic work shirt into something that says they're the one keeping everything on track. If you want the gift to feel personal, ask which projects they're proudest of finishing, then choose the product that fits their day.
