Picking a gift for a director of relations
A director of relations usually sits between an organization and the people it depends on, whether that's donors, members, partners, legislators or a client base. Much of the job is remembering names, following up on promises and keeping several conversations moving at once, and that quiet competence is easy to overlook. A gift that acknowledges it lands well. A tee with their title on it works for the office or a weekend, a hoodie suits the early mornings and long travel days, and a mug with their name is the one that stays on the desk. Add the organization or department on the second line if you know it, or keep it to their title and name if you don't want to guess. Because titles vary a lot between organizations, the safest personalization is their own job title, typed exactly as they use it.
Director Of Relations gift questions
Can I put a company or department name on the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the organization or department there, and check the preview to see how it sits under the title.
Is director of relations a common job title?
It's used in many fields, including nonprofits, universities, healthcare and government, but the exact meaning varies by employer. Use the title as they write it on their own business cards.
What's a good gift for someone who travels for work?
A hoodie or a tee in a dark color works well for travel days, and a mug is a good pick for the hotel room or home office.
What sizes do the director of relations shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director of relations gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
