Picking a gift for a director of technologies
A director of technologies usually sits between the engineers who build things and the executives who have to pay for them. Their week is a mix of budget conversations, vendor calls, security reviews and the occasional outage that pulls them out of a meeting at night. The gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge that balance: a comfortable hoodie for the server room that's always a little cold, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the long stretch of coffee-fueled planning. Put the title on it exactly as they use it, director of technologies, or shorten it if that's how their team says it. If you know their team's name or the company's internal shorthand, a second line can make the shirt feel like an inside joke rather than a generic job gift. Promotions, new roles and the end of a big migration are all good moments to order one.
Director Of Technologies gift questions
Can I shorten the title to something like CTO or tech director?
Yes. Type the wording you want in the text box and the preview updates. Many designs also have a second line where you can add a short team name.
Is there a design for a whole leadership team?
Yes. Pick a design in the Team Shop, paste the names of the people you're ordering for, and choose a size for each one. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to this role?
A mug or hoodie with their title and the year of the promotion works well. It marks the moment without being a big production, and they can use it every day.
What sizes do the director of technologies shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director of technologies gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
