Picking a gift for a director organization development
A director of organization development usually works on the people side of a company: how teams are structured, how change gets rolled out, how leaders learn to lead. It's a job that runs on conversations, workshops and long planning documents, and most of the results are invisible until something works better. A gift that acknowledges that quiet work tends to land well. A soft tee for the days they're facilitating off-site sessions, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or a mug for the desk where the strategy decks get drafted. You can make it theirs by putting the full title on the shirt or mug, or a shorter version like OD Director if that's what their team calls them. If you're buying for a whole HR or people team, one design with everyone's name and role in the Team Shop makes a warmer send-off than another card.
Director Organization Development gift questions
Can I use a shorter version of the title?
Yes. Type any version you like, such as OD Director or Organization Development, into the text box. The preview updates so you can check how it looks before you order.
Can I add a company or team name under the title?
Many designs have a second line. Type the team or department there, and keep it short so it fits neatly under the main word.
Are there designs for a whole team?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste a list of names. Each person gets their own size and their own name on the shirt.
What sizes do the director organization development shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director organization development gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
