Picking a gift for a director payer
A director of payer relations usually sits between a health system and the insurance companies that pay its bills, so the job is a mix of contract negotiation, spreadsheets and phone calls that run long. They spend a lot of time explaining why a claim was denied and fighting to get it paid. A gift that acknowledges the work without being a joke about insurance works best: a tee they can wear on a weekend, a hoodie for the cold drive in, or a mug that survives the team meeting. Put the title on it, director payer, and add their organization or department on a second line if you know it. Many designs have room for a name, a year or a team, so the shirt can carry their own details. If you're buying for a whole department, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
Director Payer gift questions
Can I add a department or company name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type their department, organization or a year there. The preview updates so you can check spacing before ordering.
Is there a shorter version of the title for the shirt?
You can type any wording into the text box, including a shorter title or initials. Try a couple of versions in the preview and pick the one that reads best on the shirt.
What's a good gift for a payer director who is moving into a new role?
A mug or tee with their new title and the year they started. It marks the step up without being fussy.
Can I order for a whole payer team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the director payer shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director payer gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
