Picking a gift for a director pension
A pension director usually manages the retirement plan for a company, a union or a public agency, so the people they serve are coworkers who are planning for the end of their working lives. The job is detail work: vesting schedules, contribution limits, actuarial reports and a steady stream of questions from people who want to know when they can finally stop. Gifts that land tend to be the quiet, useful ones that fit into a long workday. A tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the cold commute, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee that gets cold while they're on a call. Put the title on it as written, director pension or the way their team says it, and add a second line for the plan name, the department or the year they took the role. The shirt then reads as a point of pride rather than a generic work tee, which is what most people in this line of work would prefer.
Director Pension gift questions

What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to pension director?
A mug or hoodie with the title and the year they started is a good choice. It marks the move without being too formal.

What sizes do the director pension shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
