Picking a gift for a director people
Directors of people, sometimes called people directors or HR directors, spend their days on the hard parts of work: hiring, handling conflicts, planning benefits, and keeping a team together through a rough quarter. They're often the calmest person in a meeting and the last to leave the office. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land better than a generic office item. A tee or hoodie with their title on it gives them something they can wear when they want to feel like the person in charge of the team's wellbeing. A mug on their desk is a small daily reminder that their work matters, especially on the long days when it doesn't feel seen. If you're buying for someone who leads a whole department, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each team member's name, so the people they look after can say thank you in matching shirts.
