Picking a gift for a director performance excellence
A director of performance excellence usually sits between the people doing the work and the leaders setting targets, turning scattered metrics into a plan that actually moves. They spend a lot of time in process reviews, data meetings and conversations about why a number slipped last quarter, so the gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge that pressure without making a joke of it. A tee with their title on it works well for a team offsite or a casual Friday, and a 11oz mug is the sort of thing that ends up on a desk through a long string of planning cycles. Adding their name or their department as a second line makes the design theirs, and it helps coworkers recognize the role in the first place, since titles like this one are easy to misread from the outside. If you're buying for a whole leadership group, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
Director Performance Excellence gift questions
Can I put a name or department under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type a name, department or team there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Are there designs for kids or babies with this title?
Only a few. There are a handful of kids tees and one baby onesie for this word, so you can see them all on this page.
Is this a good gift for a coworker who is leaving?
It can be. A mug or tee with their title is a lasting reminder of the work they did on the team, and adding their name makes it personal.
What sizes do the director performance excellence shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director performance excellence gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
