Picking a gift for a director post
A director of a post, whether that's a post office, a post or a post in a military or civic sense, usually runs the day-to-day work of a team that never gets much credit. They sit in meetings, field complaints, and keep schedules and budgets moving while everyone else watches the results. A gift that acknowledges the job, rather than a generic office tee, tends to land well. A dark tee or hoodie suits the long hours, and an 11 oz mug is the kind of thing that stays on the desk through a dozen budget cycles. Typing the title into the text box, along with a second line for the post or team they lead, makes the piece personal. If the word is more specific to their role, such as a particular post or program, put that on the second line so the design reads as theirs. Ordering in a few weeks before a holiday or a farewell gives you time to check the preview and make sure it reads the way you want.
Director Post gift questions
Can I add the name of the post or department?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a place, team or program. Type it there and check the preview before you order.
Which products work best for this role?
Dark tees and hoodies are popular for everyday wear, and the 11 oz mug works well for the desk. Kids and baby products are also available if the design fits.
Can I order for a whole team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop, pick one design, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person.
What sizes do the director post shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director post gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
