Picking a gift for a director power
A director power is the person whose hands end up on everything: the budget, the schedule, the people who've been on the team for years and the ones who joined last month. They carry the weight of decisions that get noticed only when they go wrong, and the long meetings that run late when everybody needs something. A gift that acknowledges that load lands well. A soft tee for the days they're in front of the room, a hoodie for the early calls and late drives home, or a mug that's clearly theirs so the coffee doesn't walk off to someone else's desk. Adding the word director to the design says you see the title they worked for, and a second line can carry a department, a team name or the year they took the role. It's a gift that says the job is noticed, not just the office.
Director Power gift questions
Can I add a department or company name to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the department, team or year there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before ordering.
Is director power a common title or a nickname?
It's most often a playful way of describing a director's influence, so the design works best as a joke between friends or as a nod to a role they actually hold.
What's a good gift for a director who's just been promoted?
A hoodie or mug with their new title and the year they got it. It marks the step up without being stiff about it.
Can I order shirts for everyone on a director's team?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person, and every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the director power shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director power gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
