Picking a gift for a director print
A director print is a term used in print production and publishing, where a director oversees the look and quality of printed work from proofs to press. The people in this role often spend their days checking color, paper stock and deadlines, so a gift that nods to the craft lands well. A tee or hoodie with the title on it works for the studio or the office, and a mug is a small daily reminder of the job. Add their name or company in the second line to make it personal. Check the preview to see how the title sits on each product before you order.
Director Print gift questions
Can I add a name or company to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type a name or company there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before ordering.
Is director print a common job title?
It is less common than titles like art director, but it is used in print and publishing settings. If you are unsure of their exact title, ask them or choose a design with their name instead.
Which products work best for this gift?
Tees and hoodies suit a studio or office, and the mug is a good choice for a desk. Choose the product that matches how they spend their workday.
What sizes do the director print shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director print gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
