Picking a gift for a director process development
A director of process development sits between the lab and the plant floor, turning a promising chemistry or biology result into something that can be made reliably, at scale, and at a cost that works. Their days are spent in scale-up reviews, tech transfer meetings, and long arguments about yield and cycle time, usually with a stack of batch records nearby. A gift that acknowledges that job lands better than a generic work shirt. Put the title on a tee or hoodie they can wear on a weekend, or a mug for the desk where the next plan is being drawn up. If you want it to feel personal, add a second line with their team, site or the year they took the role, since many designs have room for that. Keep it casual and comfortable; the people in this role spend enough time in polished meeting rooms already.
Director Process Development gift questions
Can I add a team name or site under the title?
Many designs have a second line. Type the team, site or year there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Is this a good gift for someone starting the role?
Yes. A new title is a natural milestone, and a mug or tee with it marks the moment in a way they can use every day.
Can I order shirts for everyone in the group?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a list of names, and you choose a size for each person.
What sizes do the director process development shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director process development gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
